We always wanted great Afgani food close to Aurora and Caravan Kabob House is now top of the list. First time here and I must say that I was very impressed with the food. Seating atmosphere was very nice. Food was very tasty and the portions were huge. Very nice tea as well. Great place to eat. Service was very nice. Will definitely return.

Amazing experience at [Restaurant Name]! The Waziri Platter was perfectly grilled and full of flavor, the Mantu were delicious, and the Qabuli Pulao was rich and aromatic. The portions were generous, the service was warm and attentive, and the entire meal felt authentically Afghan. Easily the best Afghan food in [City Name]—highly recommend! Not to forget; cleanest washrooms on the road and incredibly appealing ambiance !

I've been here a number of times dining in or taking out. Each time, the food and service were amazing. I love Kofta, and there are not many good locations in Richmond Hill, I'm so glad this one opened up so close to home for me. They are slightly higher in price compared to my previous usually locations. But their food more than makes up for it, like omg! They meats are juicy and very flavorful, and their portions are huge, even for take out. Now about their bread... everywhere else I've been, it had just been "bread".... I don't know how they do it at Caravan, but they make theirs slightly smaller, but yet it is so much more denser, fluffier, and tastes amazing just on its own! I'm making it a personal goal to try every item on the menu over time. Currently, I have tried the chicken breast dinner, kofta dinner, chopan dinner, chicken kofta dinner, and all were amazing.

From the moment we walked in, the friendly cashier greeted us with a bright smile and helped us choose our meals. Her recommendations were spot on—everything was delicious! We asked about the portion sizes, and she honestly told us they were quite big, which turned out to be true; it was definitely enough for two. The food was some of the best Afghan cuisine we've had. We will definitely be returning!

Today I visited Caravan kabob house at this location with my wife for lunch. We were warmly greeted by lady at counter named Mojgan who was very respectful and discussed different food options for us abd gave best suggestions. She provided an excellent customer service. We enjoyed very delicious food with waziri dinner with rice and tasty naan. We will definitely come again and strongly recommend this place for the best and tasty food indeed.

Love the food! The lamb shank is falloff the bone tender as it should. The chicken tandoori is juicy and spiced just right. The portion is big! We ordered a bit too much for lunch.. We came around 1pm on a Monday, so not many customers, just a few takeouts. So the waitress had time to be very attentive to us. The only thing I didn't really like is having to order at the counter. (Actually, I'm not sure whether I should just seat myself and wait for ordering services) The interior is spacious and clean. If it isn't so far away from Toronto, I would visit more frequently.

Located in a strip plaza right beside farm boy grocery store, is this wonderful kebab House that specializes in Afghani cuisine. Reservations:not needed Food: 5 We ordered the tandoori chicken w/Kofta dinner, Waziri dinner (chicken kebab with kofta) and a kids kofta meal (Kofta is minced ground beef shaped into a long rectangular skewer and grilled to perfection.) The dinner is under 20 and includes rice salad and naan which is so fluffy and sprinkled with sesame seeds. The naan is one of the best I’ve had! The kids meal comes with the choice meat and french fries and a juice either Apple or orange you can also substitute for a can of pop. Service 5 Cashier was patient and courteous and provided options for us to choose from without feeling rushed. Hubby does not eat tomatoes so we asked them on the side for our tomato eating daughter and they obliged graciously. Thank you! Employees cooked the food deliciously to order but what really impressed me is that our food was served as a team to our table so it would be as fresh and hot as possible for us to enjoy. Wow! Might I also say that the white sauce is a nice pair to the fries and I literally love the red sauce. It is a definite fave of mine and must try since the recipe at another not-named-here-chain can’t replicate what uncle (founder and owner) did. Atmosphere is gorgeous inside with clean bathrooms and seating. Many were doing takeout to bring home for family but I say dine in is best! I will try other dishes for sure...had my eyes on the chopan dinner (lamb chops) and sultani (filet mignon) Parking is abundant and free! Also, I saw they had bubble tea and coffee machine but I was so full I did not try ...maybe next time!

Caravan Kabob House: A Must-Try! After our hot yoga class next door, we decided to try Caravan Kabob House, and we were blown away! The place is spotless, and the naan bread is simply outstanding – you have to try it to believe it! We ordered a chicken dish, and the portion was incredibly generous, easily enough for two people. We enjoyed it so much that this was our second visit, and it was even better than the first! This time, we were treated to a delightful tea service and a delicious dessert. We highly recommend Caravan Kabob House!
